The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The rooms are of good size, but the quality was very bad with various broken things like the air conditioning only functional via the fuse box, loose electric plugs hanging off the walls, and no proper shower head placement. The service was rude and condescending, possibly due to the guests being two unaccompanied women, although they provided various services such as room service, car hire, and tours. The location is superb, close to everything in the city center and easily accessible to transportation, but some staff members seemed more interested in tips than guest satisfaction. The dining experience was below expectations, with limited options and suspect teapots, but there were traditional fish dishes available. The price value seemed questionable with additional charges for sharing rooms and lack of proper receipt for payments.
