a reasonably good stay

friendly staff spacious lobby low pressure poor concentrate

the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from , including french pastries and moroccan breakfast items. enjoying breakfast by the pool was nice. the hotel lobby is spacious , offering space.

the shower had no pressure , and the water was not always hot. i was told i could not bring my own drinks to meals , which was not ideal. the orange juice was a poor concentrate. the restaurant's dining table didn't seem to keep the food hot enough.

Excellent Hospitality and Convenient Location

moroccan tea warm welcome easy access

I stayed for several nights and had a wonderful experience. I received a warm welcome with traditional Moroccan tea and delicious biscuits. The staff was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the sauna after long days (it was very relaxing). The hotel's location provided easy access to various restaurants and the Medina.

The music (only three tracks) played all day became quite repetitive and irritating after a while. Perhaps some more variety in the music selection could improve the atmosphere.
